Meet Estefania

Twenty or so small desks and matching chairs — all metal with rubber floor guards — stand in the middle of Mrs. Martin’s fourth-grade class.  Estefania Hernandez, a girl with long, brown hair, sits and listens to her teacher. At close range, she seems like any other kid in her class. But as you meet her, you realize this fourth grader is confident and quite mature for her age.

Estefania loves CCA and she’s not new to its surroundings. She’s been here for four years and one of the things she likes best about our school is our teachers. “I love the way they are concerned with my relationship with the Lord,” she says. A creative type, Estefania has demonstrated a gift for singing and acting, and her favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:13, “I can do everything through him who gives me strength.”

Outside of school, Estefania enjoys skating, riding her bike, playing with her neighbors, and reading. Although she is an only child, she has a big family to keep her company. In her future she would like to be a teacher or a missionary, but then again, she says that she’ll be ready to do whatever God calls her to do. I am very blessed to have Estefania in my class,” says Mrs. Martin. “She’s an attentive listener and a conscientious student. Estefania’s love for the Lord is evident in all her actions in and outside the classroom.”

With great faith and a desire to please God, Estefania is a wonderful example to her fellow students. If you see her in the hallways, don’t miss your chance to meet her.

    We know that Lord allowed Estefania to study at CCA to grow spiritually and intellectually. A place where she can express all the love and the passion she has for The Lord.
    I only pray that all of us who read this precious testimony can get united in prayer as Metthew 18:19 says: that if 2 or more gather together in His name and pray for something specific, it will be done by the Father Who is in heaven, so her heart’s desire come through about go back to the country where she was born: Colombia.
    God Bless,

    Lady Jimenez

    Proverbs 23: 22-25

    22 Listen to your father, who gave you life,
    and do not despise your mother when she is old.

    23 Buy the truth and do not sell it;
    get wisdom, discipline and understanding.

    24 The father of a righteous man has great joy;
    he who has a wise son delights in him.

    25 May your father and mother be glad;
    may she who gave you birth rejoice!

    Mi princesa Dios bendijo nuestras vidas desde el mismo momento en que El te dio la vida, y realmente ha sido un deleite ver como Dios esta formando su corazon en el tuyo.
    Damos gracias a Dios por permitirnos formar un hogar sobre su palabra, por nuestra preciosa iglesia, y este maravilloso colegio que Dios escogio para ti para prepararte en su llamado supremo!!!!
    te ama…….
    Mama
